London Designers Fashion Show(LDFS), this is the new event for London designers to be discovered, it also gives unique opportunities to all those who do not get a chance to show case their product at any event. London Designers Fashion Show is a company that promotes new and established designers at one of Londons premier events, attracting a target audience of key fashion leaders, retailers and press who attend this bi-annual showcase of British designer fashion. The first London Designers Fashion Show (LDFS) in London will take place from 16th-20th July 2009 at Excel Exhibition Centre. These are LDFS Vision and Objectives. Vision The LDFS Collection Show is a platform where up-and-coming designers can present their new collections; the LDFS Designers’ Exhibition will provide many business opportunities. LDFS will play a role in creating a gateway into the world’s fashion industry for young talented designers, which is one of the LDFS’s aims. Moreover, we are working on raising general consumer interest in fashion as well as holding business-to-business events. Objectives: 1.The LDFS in London will fundamentally strengthen the London Collection to increase Londons reputation to the world, creates many substantial business opportunities and creates a gateway into the world’s fashion industry for up-and-coming designers. 2.The LDFS in London will develop closer cooperative ties among Designers (Creativity), Manufacturers (Craftsmanship) and Apparel and Retail Industry (Trading). 3.The LDFS in London will boost Londons attractiveness by focusing on town and collaborating with local communities.
